There were 3 rounds of interview 1. Online aptitude test. 2. Proposal preparation on-site. 3. Telephonic rounds. Telephonic interview questions were to the point and questions were based on what I will do in the actual job. Hence, I find this to be more practical interview than some other places where they ask irrelevant questions.
