Backend and Frontend interview splits. Two coding challenge, system design and a deep-dive. The questions were were fair. Coding challenges weren't very tricky, and the interviewer works with you giving you hints if you need it. System design was also fairly standard and you can take the interview where you want. The interviewer asks a few follow ups but it doesn't feel intimidating. Deep dive basically lets you take the driving seat and talk about any projects you recently worked on.
