1st interview: It was really more of a conversation with hiring Supervisor and very relaxed. 2nd interview: panel of 4 people...still more conversational but a little more formal. They all asked questions. Met the rest of the team and took a tour. Overall experience was relaxed.

Very unprofessional and interviewer was dismissive. Interviewer was judgmental and did not seem to care about work-life balance. I'm sure a bullet was dodged. It reflects a lot about the company and the rest of its employees.

Interview
Met with the recruiter who pre qualified me for the position and set the interview up. Called me an hour before the interview to say they made a mistake and that i needed a masters degree for the position because i would be working with elderly people with mental health issues. This was not in the job description and neither was the fact that i needed a masters degree. The offered pay was also awful.
