In person interview, including questions with respiratory care scenarios and other healthcare related questions. It also included regular job interview questions like "tell us about yourself" and "tell us about your greatest strength/weakness".

I was interviewed at Dominican Hospital,Santa Cruz.They were five RT ,sitting in front of me, in a very small room, without social distances.It was in person.They asked questions without stop.It took 45 minutes. Suddenly in the middle of interview one of them left and another came. I was confident and answered all their questions.But I felt they were not respectful. Perhaps because of i have an accent and was not born in USA.Looks like they do not have limits on people who can interview you.
