Zoom interview during covid with education department and don + charge nurse and hr. It was a scheduled interview. The whole process was easy, they asked couple questions and they explain what the next was going to be and when to hear back from HR

Virtual interview with recruiter. Recruiter was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
Scheduled to interview with panel of managers but only 1 made it. Lasted less 10mins. 2 questions asked and she said I need acute experience in the US.

Situation questions. How you deal with certain types or patients, families. ect. Why do you want to work here? They asked how you deal with stressful situations. How do you delegate tasks.

Once you apply they provide an online interview, they ask a couple scenerio questions to determine personality, they also ask about strengths and weaknesses. Next they ask you to do another interview, this time you speak directly to the placement coordinator. From there they place you in a unit
