Communication Federal Credit Union interview questions

Applied on their website and was contacted the next week to come in for an interview. The interview was pretty laid back as the interviewer had a form with the standard interview questions on it that she took notes on. Was contacted to come in for a second interview, again really laid back and comfortable, this time was more conversational.

The hiring process was very straight forward. I was hired in the summer of 2015 after initially applying online through their website. This was the 3rd time I have applied for CFCU in the past 10 years. After receiving a call from the HR department to see if I was interested in coming in for an interview at the corporate office, I met with the district manager and was hired same-day. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable, and the interviewer was a fun and passionate person that gave me good vibes for the company. Walk in confident and dress professional, really own your member/customer service experience and be personable, showing them your positive personality and dedication to your work.
