Community Animal Hospital interview questions

Excited to interview for this place because they are fear free certified. Interview was easy and the facility and kennel manager were very nice. I came back for an observation and as we were the dogs outside one of the workers kept pushing the dogs down with her foot. It felt extremely aggressive for no reason. A week went by I hadn't heard anything, when they said they would get back to me in a few days. I called twice, left a voicemail, and emailed them. The manager said they had not come to a decison yet. That was the last I heard from them as they ghosted me.
