Applied online and was given a personality assessment test, background check, and then invited to a zoom interview with a hiring manager and HR rep. Was informed over the phone that they were no longer hiring anyone for this role and had a new role being opened for me to apply for instead if interested. Applied and scheduled an in-person scenario interview with the same two people. I arrived to a locked building and a phone call 5 minute before the interview time asking to reschedule. Waited another two weeks for the reschedule and went in. Had to answer a bunch of scenario questions and present the answers in the room. Worked on it for the full two days before my interview. Felt great leaving the room thinking I nailed it and thinking we were a great fit. Then after the interview, I was promptly ghosted for almost two months before I received a generic denial email after several attempts to make contact. The whole process took over 3 months.
