There was only one online interview with three faculty members. It included walking through a lesson plan which I had previously shared with them and other common interview questions that were mainly about classroom management, pedagogy, and team work.

Awful, punch of racists , nonprofessional interviewers asking questions that completely unrelated to the job. The interviewers have nothing to do with the job being applied to. I got a response by email sent from an IPhone on the weekend in Qatar.
