Interview
The interview process was thoughtful and engaging. There was a panel of faculty and staff. The questions were thoughtful and I was given time to answer thoughtfully. There were a number of follow-up questions based on my responses.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Community College of Vermont
Interview
The interview was in person on campus with 4 interviewers at the same time. They were all extremely nice and not intimidating, which was lovely. The whole interview took a little less than half an hour. Unfortunately, I was contacted by phone a little over a week later to be told that I was not the chosen candidate.
How would you handle a situation where, for example, a parent was demanding you disclose their child's grade to them, but you did not have the student's permission to do so?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Community College of Vermont (Springfield, VT) in July 2011
Interview
Spoke with hiring coordinator, filled out application and required paperwork. The interview was cordial. I felt that the hiring coordinator knew her job well. She put me at ease and asked her questions with friendliness. It gave me a good impression about the culture of the college and how well I would be respected and valued.
