One phone screen with HR regarding shift and compensation. The interview was with HR and a supervisor of operations. I brought my certifications with we went over the details of my education and work experience.

2) Pee in this cup and put on this uniform.
3) No need for further interview questions, you had me at "are you hiring?"
4) Do you not want to hear about previous employment?
