I applied online. I interviewed at Community First Credit Union (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
I recently went through the interview process with Community First Credit Union and wanted to share my experience for anyone curious about their hiring process.
The process was very structured and professional from start to finish:
• Initial Interview – I first had a conversation with Sylvie from HR. She was very welcoming and made the process feel comfortable while also clearly explaining the role and expectations.
• Assessment – After the initial screening, I was asked to complete an assessment. It was a good way for them to evaluate both skills and attention to detail.
• Round 1 Interview (Phone Interview) – Next was a phone interview with David. This step focused more on my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations. It was straightforward but still in-depth.
• Final Interview – The last step was a panel-style interview with David and Josey. This felt like a comprehensive discussion where they really tried to understand my fit within the team and the organization.
Overall, the experience has been very positive and professional. I appreciated how organized and transparent each step was.
At the moment, I’m still waiting for an update. Sylvie mentioned that my application is currently under review, and I should be hearing back from them soon.
Grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to what comes next!

Interview
Easy just was non chalet with questions and answers. Extremely comfortable setting where I felt like it was a normal conversation rather than a grilling session. What other words to make that thirty total

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Community First Credit Union (Jacksonville Beach, FL) in Sept 2023
Interview
After my initial phone screen I was scheduled for an in person interview at the branch. Typical interview with typical questions. Very informative of culture and duties. I was told they were looking to make a decision and I would hear back in approximately 2 weeks. I hadn't heard anything 3 weeks later so I called and left a message to follow up. Call was never returned. Finally got an email 5 weeks after interview that said "per out discussion last week we will be going with an internal promotion for this position." I had no such discussion with anyone.
