Applied for the position online through Ziprecruiter. Was contacted within two weeks of application submission by e-mail requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was an hour long and included scheduling an in-person interview with the owner. In person interview was extensive! A lot of really detailed questions asked about myself. I don't see a way I could've prepared for the random selection of questions I was asked. In person interview lasted at least one hour. Was contacted for a "working interview". After working interview was complete, I was asked to e-mail three strengths and three challenges of the position I thought I would encounter. Total process about three weeks. - Personally, I thought the interview process was a little excessive for the level of position.
