I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta
Interview
Nice and polite people that asked thought-provoking questions. Everyone I talked to were friendly and professional. There were 3 rounds, 2 over zoom and 1 in person. The office looks nice too.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta (Atlanta, GA) in July 2023
Interview
Three month process, starting with application. Received a callback a month after applying. First interview with VP of HR, second with potential supervisor, one panel with potential coworkers, and one panel with potential colleagues, who didn't quite explain how their roles would interface with this one. Then, nothing. Followed up two business days after interview - nothing. Followed up again two weeks later, and finally received a rejection. Although I would have loved to work with the organization and believe they do amazing work, I was disappointed in the lack of communication, especially after four rounds of hour-long interviews.

Interview
3 month process. Complete utter waste of time. They don’t know what they wanted to do with the position. They barely knew what the position was to start with.
I don’t recommend this place
