Interview
They have a 3 stage interview process. First is a phone interview with HR, next is a virtual interview with a prepared presentation and final interview is an in person interview.
1st interview was a screening call from HR at corporate
2nd interview was in person interview at local branch
3rd-in person interview at central branch which requires a 5-10 ppt presentation of a 30/60/90day plan
