Community Natural Foods interview questions

I applied in person, almost a month later was phoned to interview in person. I was interviewed by 3 people, one asked questions, the other wrote down my answers, the third just sat beside me totally silent and stared. One girl plopped a teabag on the table and it splatted all over, not sure if she was trying to catch me off guard or if she's just eccentric. Afterwards, talked to the manager one on one, she asked me more questions. She basically let me know that she was worried about me not having much experience dealing with difficult customers, i'm not entirely sure how i'm supposed to get experience if nobody will give me a chance... I've applied here before, under the previous management (before everything changed) and got through to the final interview however they picked the other candidate over me.
