Met with executive director and residential director for interview. Pleasant informative experience. Their questions were fair and showed their commitment to the mission and understanding of the job. Once they finished interviewing all candidates, they offered me the job and I accepted. There was an excellent culture and it was evident they had built a strong management team who worked together. It was a pleasure to join.
