Community Service Society interview questions

Interview was straight forward. We discussed my experiences. Their department seemed a little disorganized. The interviewer was nice. But they told me I would hear back. Never heard back from them with any follow up. I’m assuming that means no.

It was straightforward, transparent, and I was promised I would hear back very soon after. They never reached out, which is an unfortunate and all too common demonstration of how companies expect performative behavior from all candidates without doing the absolute bare minimum of following up.
