Interview
Very straightforward and very easygoing. The interview was a pretty typical one in that it asked the basic questions of what experiences do you have and what sets you apart from other applicants.

Interview
Emailed my cover letter and resume in. Was emailed 3 days later, and was called for initial screening 2 days after that. Emphasized that they wanted to move quickly. Pleasant on the phone.
Emailed 5 days later to see if I could come in for an interview that same week. Scheduled it for the following week because I had a job and needed to get time off.
My interview was standard. I stood in line at the reception to sign in. I noticed was that no one at the front desk called me up when I was next in line. A woman at her computer had no one in front of her, and told me to go back in the line because she was not on the clock. This gave me a bad impression about the dedication of the employees. I had to actively pester another employee at the front desk to let the hiring manager know I was there.
After my interview it was radio silence. I emailed once to follow up with no response even after I sent a thank you note for considering me. 2 months later, I saw the job had been given to one of my LinkedIn contacts.
