Compass Consulting interview questions

Brief and very quick! I was referred by a former colleague who wanted to help me find marketing experience. I met with the Director of Recruiting, the Marketing Director who would be my manager, and the CEO. The colleague who referred me called me ahead of time to give suggestions as to how to communicate with the CEO, and was super supportive and helpful. The entire interview process was completed within a couple of weeks, and I was hired on the following month.

Amy called me and set up an over the phone interview with her. She was bubbly and happy to talk to. She made me feel calm and relaxed. She asked me various questions pertaining to my job description. She helped me understand the process of how everything was going to work. And she worked with my schedule so that I could touch base with her back and forth.
