Compass Finance Manager interview questions

Several rounds of meeting with: - HR - hiring mgr - several business partners - take home case study - panel presentation - and then after several rounds, silence. Did not even receive an auto rejection email HR seems disorganized and distracted every time she calls after each round with feedback. Really surprised that after the case study presentation there was no feedback / courteous thanks for your time but no thanks email. Also the comp package is quite low compared to peer companies and industry
