The process took 10 min. to complete. With about a total of five questions. I made sure that I thought about 30 seconds before I gave my answer. Made sure that I knew everything about the company, and tailered my answers to fit company needs.

Interviews went well, asked to fly in for a menu tasting. Naturally I had to pack knives. Industry norm is for parking and luggage to be reimbursed. Reach out 4 times and it was never taken care of even though I was told it would be. Decision to not proceed was made by an individual I didn't interview with.
