Quite a standard interview process for a very student based job. This job was to work at Wimbledon so knowing information about the company as a whole is not necessary. You just need examples of working as a team etc, those sort of questions. It was an online application and then a one to one interview.
It was very easy and laid back. They asked why I wanted to work with Compass Group and also asked about my availability. They also asked if I was willing to relocate.

my interview process was really laid back, staff were really nice basically just explained the job and asked questions about my availability and uniform. it was a really easy process.
I got the call over the phone, which made me realize that I was in for a wild ride. The interview process was a brief run down of what's going on, what to expect, etc.
