Applied online, for a message same day and interview made next day. Interview was very quick, just asked why I thought I’d be a good worker there. Took less than 5mins and was out the door. Then for orientation I was made to reschedule around 5 times. Very unprofessional and was an overall horrible experience.

Really simple - they just cover basic experience, and it happens in a big room, with multiple interviews happening at the same time. Incredibly friendly, and they get you to fill out other information whilst you wait.

What experience do you have, and what to do you think good customer service is?
Very short and manageable. The interviewer was nice and approachable which made me feel comfortable. The questions were mainly competency based and some on health and safety. I would recommend you prepare beforehand

Interviewed for Wimbledon tennis waitress. Had a group talk before the interview where we were shown videos about their values etc. Then had our photos taken, had to sign forms, and then waited in our seats for a 1 on 1 interview.
