I was called and asked did I want to interview. I went to a local branch for a facility tour and Interview. There were about 8 other candidates there as well. Interviewed individually in front of 6 representatives ranging from operations, HR, VP, and President. The questions were behavioral based. It is best to follow the STAR method to answer questions. I was called within a hour after interview with an offer.
