The interview process was great until it wasn't. A recruiter for the company reached out to me to tell me about a job that was newly created and thought I would be a good fit for. They sent me the role profile and we set up a call. The call went great and easy, asking basic questions about me, my epxrience, and some STAR questions related to some of the points in the role profile. At the end of the call, I scheduled another call with the hiring manager. I spoke with the hirining manager where I was asked many STAR formatted questions. I was told within 24 hours that I was schedule to come to the company the following week for multi-hour in-person interview. Less than 24 hours prior to the interview I was notified by the recruiter that, after meeting with the team that day, they no longer were no longer going to have the position on their team and that they were stopping the interview process for the role.
