Compass Product Expert interview questions

6 interviews that were all 30 min or less, and they all happened within a two week time period. Amazing, quick and efficient. I felt like I would be a good fit throughout the process, and that feeling was validated as we went through the process.

It started off great, but I was unfortunately a part of a situation where after interviewing in all rounds, my recruiter left the company, and in the wake of doing so, dropped my application. I went weeks without hearing a word, even with reaching out to various people. In the end, the company had moved to a new candidate. I will chuck it up to it being a newer company with not a great regional setup where I am located, but it was frustrating. I will say that I have friends who work for this company (not as Realtors) and they adore it.
