I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Compex Legal Services (San Bernardino, CA) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was pleasant, I was interviewed by two people who appear to be nice. They had a way of making you feel "wanted" which later on felt like a load of crap. They are desperate for people to come in the pressure cooker that is this job but once you are in, just a matter of time before you are flagrantly made aware of how you are seen by your manager or upper management.

Question 1
How are you in a situation where customer is unhappy ?
short but detailed my interview to the point. Lot's of great questions that I would not have considered being asked in an interview. Honest about pay and training! They also had detail information about benefits, etc

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Compex Legal Services
Interview
Brief interview process that includes background questions and salary requirements. Interviewer was not very versed in what company had to offer in the future. Would not suggest this company to anyone.
I applied online. I interviewed at Compex Legal Services (East Hanover, NJ) in Apr 2020
Interview
I saw on Indeed an Account Manager position and digitally interviewed with several members of their team. During the interview process I primarily spoke with Robert Grande. After hearing his own testimonial about the company, along with others, & knowing that I'd be reporting to him, I was sold.
Though the training process was unique, being remote and all, it was still a thorough guide to understand what exactly our business does for law firms and insurance companies.

Question 1
It was really nice because it was more casual. It felt like I was already a part of the team by the way Tony, Mike, Lauren & Robert were speaking to me! They asked me about my work history, some of my prior responsibilities and were very welcoming!
