      Customer Success Manager Interview

      23 Aug 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Cleveland, OH
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Complion (Cleveland, OH) in July 2020

      Interview

The interview process was done remotely through a Covid. With that, the interview process took about 4 weeks to complete with different phases. It started with general conversations with video meetings about my background and the company, then I was given an assessment to complete to see my excel skills and thought process analyzing customer data information, then I had remote interviews with other department heads, and lastly I created a presentation to show a team the process in which I would onboard a new account. Overall, it was an organized and in-depth interview process. I appreciate the time invested by all to show me about the company, the work, the team and to see if I would truly be a good fit for this organization and if this was a place I could see myself working as well. I got to meet a lot of the different departments and get a general sense of the company culture, the team oriented environment, the team I would be working with, learn the company values and a day to day glimpse of the job itself. The interview was not easy by any means because I had to apply myself and show the work I was capable of. It was a long process, but I feel well worth it on both ends to make sure this was a good fit for everyone involved and I appreciate the thought out process they developed to see me as a well rounded candidate for this position.
