Standard multiple stage interview process - however - it was very clear no preparation had been done to review my application prior to interview. From a government backed organisation and through all my experiences of interviews I found this approach to be pretty unprofessional. Very much a shotgun approach to questioning – not going into any real depth at all. I felt early on that something was off and since reading the other reviews online this confirmed it for me. I also noted that the spec wasn’t a reflection for the actual job I was interviewing for. (This only became apparent in my opportunity to ask questions – which I’m very relieved I did!) Overall, I felt like I had my time wasted preparing for an interview to realise very quickly it wasn’t an organisation I wanted to work for and it wasn’t a job I wanted.

After applying to the position, a member of HR team contacted with me and asked available times for the initial HR screen. I replied to them with available time slots and they did not reply me back. What an absolute rubbish management..
