I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CompuCom (Bangor, ME) in Aug 2013
Interview
I was called out of the blue, by one of their job recruiters (I believe he was based in Dallas, as I recall), who wanted to see if I would be interested in a field service position, which would require a lot of driving (which turned out to be more than 1,000 miles/week)! Also, I had to have good customer service skills (which I did) and agree to all kinds of "terms." He said I would be contacted by a "hiring manager" (who left the company, for Walmart, soon after I was hired), who called me the next day, from somewhere in the Midwest. He basically just wanted to know if I could do the job (i.e., was technically proficient, which I was) and had great customer service skills (which I do), and was basically hired, "sight unseen," right then and there!

Question 1
There were just a few "softball" questions like, "How would you handle a difficult customer?"
Would you be willing to drive the first hour to the customer's job-site (and back home), for no pay?
(Basically, they considered the first hour of driving to their customer's stores, "commuting time," which I reluctantly accepted, but now wish I hadn't agreed to essentially working 10 hours per week, for "free!")
