Initial interview was a phone screening, the second interview was onsite at HQ in Fort Mill SC for an in person interview, then I got the offer afterwards upon management's reviewing of the interview.

Basically talked as if they wanted to hire me even gave me a proposed start date just to ghost me and not even respond to a follow up email. Very nice people but very unprofessional

Compucom is an amazing company especially for freshers who want to start an IT career specifically into IT support, Service Desk, Technical Support Role. Interview focuses majorly on the Communication Skills with a bit of technical knowledge on OS, Hardware, Software as well as good to know about ticketing tools especially ServiceNow.
