Interview
There was no phone interview and skill test. CFO called and scheduled on site interview the next day. Talked about 30 minutes, basically went over my resume and she talked about the company and job responsibilities.
The job was handed to me by my father-in-law, who had worked there for 5 years in 1995. It was in Clairemont Mesa, Ca., until we moved to Santee, Ca. in 1999. When my father-in-law left in 2002, I interviewed for a position in Production Control and got the position.
