It is a very lengthy process. It took about 5 months from the first engagement till the hire offer although this may have been out of the normal process. There were about 6 interviews with several different people from all levels in the organization

In one of the final stages, they do require you to prep and present a pitch. They provide you with the scenario and some solution material for you to prepare.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Compugen (Markham, ON) in Feb 2019

Manager, and Director, then West Vp and East VP.
Focus on skills, past success, expectation and engagement process
A lot of personality interest and culture matching.
Critical thinking is key and being able to differentiate other VAR approaches is important
