Compumedics ECommerce Manager interview questions

Interview was conducted by the CEO, CFO and another senior executive. The CEO was not interested in listening to suggestions, was very defensive and had very defined ideas on how things should be done. This is in-spite of data & analytics presented to them, suggesting the company needs to take a very different direction in terms of their IT & digital strategy. CEO kept jumping to conclusions, insisting my experience was in B2C commerce, despite multiple attempts to tell him my background was in B2B commerce. He left after 20 minutes. Interview continued with the remaining gentlemen who were more receptive to listening, rather than filtering through their preconceived ideas. No offer made. No offer accepted. Dodged a bullet.
