They generally takes 3 rounds of interview including one telephonic, 1 in person & the last one is HR call. They asked general questions about my profile and experience & expectations in brief for the 1st round. Then for the 2nd round they called me in person to know more about my worth to the company and then after HR round they took 3 weeks of time to finalize the start date and few pending things.

Smooth and easy going , only communication matters, and technical knowledge about various roles.........passive recruitment is not recommended as its very hectic and pathetic process for any one to work in h1b transfers only
