I was found by a Pareto recruiter. The first two interviews were conducted over the phone. The third and fourth interview were "Assessment Days," one virtual and one in person in Norcross. The advice that everyone else gives about the AD is somewhat accurate. In all honesty, no one knows what they are looking for. Within my AD group there were a plethora of people that showed up late, rarely spoke, did not appear confident yet were still hired for a small slot of positions. Overall the culture of the company seems great, but no one knows what they are truly looking for.
