Interview
There is nothing called interview, HR / Owner does screen share session and shows her skydrive and try to explain things which are there in the spreadsheet.
There is not interview which I have seen in CCI the entire time I have been in the company.
Company is run by single person who is very short tempered.

Interview
This was an over the phone interview. Arshiyya asked me a few questions about my previous experience which related directly to my qualifications. She then showed me around the entire SharePoint folder where all her RFPs were located and started training me through out the interview process. it was a bit odd but I didn't think anything of it. Looking back, it was a very sloppy interview.
