I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Computer Generated Solutions (Dunwoody, GA) in Dec 2011
Interview
Not that hard to get hired, they hire people with pretty much no experience in computers and that wouldn't even be adept home users. That's not to say that some of those people don't learn on the job and become very proficient, I'm just saying... 1 or 2 weeks of classroom training on their ticketing software, which is very archaic for a company supporting Lenovo. I'v worked for much smaller companies a long time ago and recently that had much more advanced call center case recording systems.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Computer Generated Solutions (Norcross, GA) in July 2017
Interview
It was great and easy to understand, it also pertained to the job and the work environment I would be exposed to. The manager was there to help if needed and there was refreshments!

Very easy....really don't need to be technical because they train you. You will take a typing test and a simulated call process and a drug test before you start your 5 week training.
