i went to their Chicago office first. Talked to four different people and they asked my experience and some super basic questions like what's your strength . Then I did a paper test. Very old version stuff. Some logic and database problems
Then I was set another interview in DC with 4 people. They valued your database experience I think.

Interview
I went in person and spoke to each member of the team. Then, I took a one-hour handwritten programming assessment, which they would send to their corporate office to determine if you get the job.
