Interview
Upper Management was great. When it came to talking with the other engineers in the group, individuals were insulting, unprofessional and made highly inappropriate comments. Interviewers were not engaging, nor did they ask questions nor barely speak about relevant information. I left scratching my head and wondered if they even had enough technical background to ask the right questions, and a complete negative feeling towards the group. 21 days then they ghosted me as the grass may be greener as a tech company laid off a lot of workers int he area.

They did not ask questions, other than to ask for ones background, most the interview they spent talking about themselves.
A very unfortunate and disappointing interview. We have since spoken with the candidate and provided our sincere apology for this particular interviewer. Since, we have improved interviewing procedures and have welcomed quite a few talented people to our team. We look forward to continued success and welcome all applicants to give us a shot!
