Process handled through recruitment agency out of NYC. The initial interview with Human Resources occurred within 24hrs. There seemed to be enthusiasm regarding my qualifications. As the conversation progressed I stated to HR that there are plenty of talented architects who can create solutions all day and night. However, not many are influencers. The capacity to translate a technical requirement to a business need is not a skill hardcore technology people possess. Additionally I indicated because I've been on both the sales and deliver/implementation of multi-million dollar solutions, delivering on time and under budget that the opportunity was certainly in my wheelhouse of experience and that my proven results over the last 15yrs demonstrates the value I could add to the team. However, the enthusiasm that was generated never translated into an offer. Perhaps budget or pipeline of work is an issue with Concerto b/c the role that I interviewed for in November 2017 has been posted on their web site since April 2017 for numerous regions.
