They lied about the job title, its not a hedge fund intern its a bond research intern position. They are not a hedge fund but they lie to get more applicants. First round interview was a zoom going over my background. But they sent me the wrong zoom link, and then blamed me when I told them this and the entire interview I never felt more hostile people in my professional life. All behavioral questions. Nonetheless, I was invited to a final round interview after I proved to them they messed up and not me, even though they never admitted it. Final round was in their office with the whole team, mostly behavioral. Interview goes really well, then they give me an excel test which they had already filled it out for me? Half the test was filled, the other half was not... I take the test, say my goodbyes, and leave. Then they completely ghosted me, I emailed multiple times to find out if I was still being considered but Andrianna Staas refused to answer my emails. They ended up hiring someone else when I went to go look on their linkedin after a month, but still never let me know. They are highly highly unprofessional and not a serious company anyone should consider working for. This kind of attitude and behavior towards candidates speaks volumes to the kind of firm they are, and the kind of success they achieve, if any at all. I would not recommend anyone to apply here or interview here, really shady company.
