I was contacted by phone for an interview, then it was rescheduled 3 times after they asked me to set the time/day. Then the person interviewing me sent me a text (what!?) to set the final time. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

They were late getting to the building so I was waiting about 15 minutes. Most unprofessional interview I have experienced. She answered several phone calls during my interview & text messages. I could tell she hadn't looked at my resume with some of the questions/comments. Maybe 1 or 2 actual interview questions. If the interview was a telling sign - this is not a company I would work for & if she was actually a regional, she would not be someone I could ever learn anything from. I've read some reviews about the pulling back from customer service, I could see this just in the short time I was there. They are only open to the residents a few days a week & they said they might be shortening that to only one day or zero days.

Nothing. They talked about their personal lives during the interview. There were only about 2 actual interview questions.
