Concordia University Chicago interview questions

Asked to carve out 2 hours of my day and travel for an in-person interview. The process was organized but the fact that they said they would follow up by the end of week and no word for two weeks shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for an interviewees time. They are old fashioned and old school and that will not change unfortunately.

The interview process was both positive and negative, as some of the staff members were courteous and asked pertinent questions in relation to the role. It wasn't until the Assistant VP asked questions like " are you a quick learner", I wasn't sure how to answer but I resorted to being polite to the obviously rude question. Even though this school is my alma mater it is clear that it has no value when being interviewed or considered for employment.
