      Tier One Tech Support Interview

      20 Nov 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent

      Interview

The interview process was easy at first. Apple online, do a skills and typing test. Then, there is a conference call and phone interview. The video interview was where it went downhill. The man interviewing me was eating and chewing with his mouth open the entire interview. He didn't bother checking his internet connection before the meeting and suddenly dropped out of the meeting. When he came back, he allowed me to finish the very second question he asked, then quickly wrapped up the interview. I was asked no questions about troubleshooting or tech support or if I was actually qualified for the job. I was asked if I worked at home and how I dealt with irate customers until I guess he wanted to finish his lunch
