Overall interview was about stress handling skills. Employers wanted to see if you are able to find a common language with customers with any level of experience with technologies. Overall interview was not that difficult

A customer has a problem with some particular issue and you can't resolve the issue, but you have to keep customer's confidence about the product and reputation of the company in eyes of the customer.

Interview
It involves 4 rounds, starting with an HR round to get to know ourselves and our communication skills, followed by an assessment round to find does we fit to this role or not, and then followed by a Technical round which involves in easy questions, and finally an HR Salary discussion round.

Interview
Being a remote position, the entire interview process was done over the phone. The recruiter was nice and personable. I had no issues getting through the interview. The aftermath was a little frustrating as it was all done via email so the waiting time on responses was at least 24 hours.
