Take calls and assist with insurance help out with insurance and calls. Schedule appointment and time for pick up. I had to answer questions and provided information it took a long time and a long drive to the place.

What’s your experience ? How did you hear about us ?
The interview process was straightforward. We sat in a conference room for a one-on-one conversation, and the whole experience was simple and to the point. The whole thing probably took less than 15 minutes. Not including the time it took me to get to the building.

They asked me if I had any call center experience. They also asked what I would do If I had to deal with an angry caller.

Interview process was simple. He asked me questions about my work history. I also felt comfortable during the interview. I logged onto indeed and did the interview virtually. He explained the entire position and what it entails.
