Recruitmess is quite fast compare to other companies. Process takes Roughly takes 2 to 3 days. Initial interview via phone call. Then Final Interview after a day followed by Job Offer.

Obstacles you encountered and how did you overcome
Very pleasant and structured process. After passing a couple online tasks , I was invited to in person interview. Saw the office and had an interview with hiring manager, where they explained all further steps

Interview
It's very simple, you fill out a form with your basic information and your availability. You get called for a few questions then interviewed by one of the supervisors. Later you are sent to do some word typing tests and finally you are given the notice if you are hired or not.
