Interview
Consisted of two phone screenings, four in-person interviews, and a presentation. I was asked to create marketing plans for 3 events, which I spent around ~20 hours developing. They were surprised with the depth and level of effort, which I think is what won me the role. The entire process lasted around 2 months from first phone screening to acceptance of the role.
